Jet Fresh’s Jet Miles frequent flyer program is a reward program for wholesale flower buyers to earn incentives for purchasing from Jet Fresh Flower Distributors. Jet Miles members earn miles on flower purchases to be redeemed as a credit on their account or towards future flower orders.
Any Jet Fresh customer with an active account whose status is current and in good standing.
If your account isn’t past due, you must first fill out an application and then submit to JetMiles@JetFreshFlowers.com. All applications are subject to our approval.
Jet Miles is completely free to sign up. There are also no annual fees or blackout dates.
No, all applicants must wait for an approval before Jet Miles can start accruing. Previous purchases may not be applied to Jet Miles once approved.
Yes. Any account which is in poor standing or frequently past due may be rejected and unable to participate in the Jet Miles program.
Your miles will reflect your account once your order is complete. Either your Jet Fresh sales rep can tell you, or you can view your miles on your Komet Sales Dashboard.
You can earn Jet Miles from the total amount of flower purchases spent (excluding taxes and fees) on regular and online sales. For every $100 USD spent from regular flower sales you will receive one (1) Jet Mile. And for every $100 USD spent from online flower sales you will earn two (2) Jet Miles.
Regular sales are flower sales which are placed with your sales rep on the phone, email, Skype or in-person. This also includes purchases from our Cash and Carry flower market.
Online sales are sales which are placed 24/7 through OUR Komet Sales web shop. Free to join, a sales rep may grant you access if you already have an account with us.
No, previous purchases may not be included towards your Jet Miles total. You will begin earning Miles once your application has been approved.
Your Jet Fresh Jet Miles can be spent towards a credit on an existing balance or towards future flower purchases. Let your sales rep know that you wish you redeem your Miles and they will apply it towards your purchase. Online sales will allow you to redeem miles at checkout.
You can only spend your Jet Miles 12 times per calendar year. Jet Miles can be applied as a credit towards account after 30 days. After 60 days, any Jet Miles not redeemed will automatically be refunded via check on or around the 15th day of the month.
Jet Miles have no blackout dates and can be earned and redeemed year-round, just as long as they don’t exceed the 12 maximum uses.
Your Jet Miles are subject to forfeit if your account balance exceeds the 60 day past due date or if your account is cancelled. Jet Miles can’t be transferred or applied towards another account.
Jet Miles are non-reversible and can’t be exchanged for cash value. Credits are also not eligible to be exchanged for Jet Miles.
Valid returns and credits will not reduce your Jet Miles. Although once miles are spent, they can’t be refunded.
