Inspection Charges

The following USDA Inspection Charges apply:

Commercial Charges Invoice Value over $1,250.00 = costs $106.00

Non-Commercial Charges Invoice Value under $1,250.00 = costs $61.00

  • USDA Inspection charges must be paid prior to shipping.
  • Charges will be applied on your invoice.
  • In the event of an order cancellation, USDA inspection fees still apply. 

Import Permits

  • Every new shipment of flowers to a non-U.S. country requires an Import Permit. 
  • Contact your country’s agriculture department to obtain one.
  • Please give yourself a minimum 3-business days to obtain an Import Permit. Once you have one, orders should be placed at least 7 days before shipping. 
  • Import Permits must be LEGIBLE and contain all product information as well as the Country of Origins to prevent your shipment from getting detained.
