Prior to our visit to Arlington National Cemetery last weekend, we created an American-themed floral display last week using only preserved roses. In the spirit of Memorial Day, we arranged an assortment of U.S.A. and solid-colored preserved roses to create a patriotic floral collage.

This display was very easy to make and can be a fun D.I.Y. project.
We used a white 14″ x 22″ foam board as our backdrop, and arranged different size roses flushed together to create one cohesive design. The roses were held in place by puncturing holes into the board and glued with a hot glue gun.
Tip: hold the roses in the right position as the glue starts to dry to make sure that the roses aren’t leaning the wrong way.
Preserved Roses
Preserved Roses are real roses which were carefully preserved using a non-toxic proprietary chemical process which preserves the roses for at least a year or longer.
The preserved roses used in this design were all pulled from the Jet Fresh Cash & Carry where we sell a variety of preserved roses by the tray and master case, as well as other preserved and dried flowers.
Solid Preserved Roses
Preserved roses from multiple farms were used to achieve this design.
The solid preserved roses used in display were mostly from Colombian Farm A, from which we used standard sized roses. Each of the rose farms in our brochure have preserved roses in red, white and blue colors to create this patriotic design.
Not only did we use standard-size preserved roses, but we also included preserved spray roses as well for a more dynamic floral collage. Avas and Ines-sized spray roses complemented this design very well.

Corazon Heart Preserved Roses
Also available from our brochure are Corazon Heart Preserved Roses which we included two heads as a fun and vibrant filler.
These roses are also real and grown from Ecuador, except the petals have been reconstructed to form a beautifully shaped heart that still feels real.

Preserved Garden Roses
Preserved Garden Roses are Ecuadorian roses were used in this design in white. However, they are also available in red and blue as well for your preserved flower needs.
USA Preserved Roses
USA Preserved Roses from Colombian Farm B were used in this Memorial Day-inspired design as our American focal flower. Although this variety is no longer listed on our brochure, they may be available upon special request. Our Ecuadorian farm also has a great substitute for USA preserved roses available on our brochure.
The rose sizes used in this design were both Monalisa and Magna from Colombian Farm B. Magna-sized preserved roses are also available upon request, although they may be substituted for XXL or Waira-sized preserved roses from the Ecuador farm.
