Jet Fresh Flower Growers S.A. Presents Brunch en la Finca

Jet Fresh Flower Growers, S.A. is opening its doors to you! Presenting Brunch en la Finca, you are invited to take a tour of the new rose farm, followed by a delicious brunch with bottomless mimosas and fun entertainment.

On Thursday, September 20, 2018, the new rose farm in Cotopaxi, Ecuador is welcoming visitors who are already attending the floral trade shows in Quito, Ecuador September 19-21. The tour will take place in the morning and conclude with brunch; therefore, guests who want to see the rose farm without missing the show(s) can still accomplish both.

Along with Brunch en la Finca, the visit will kick-off with a special tour of the Jet Fresh Flower Growers, S.A. rose farm. Guests will be able to see the roses growing from the greenhouse, while also learning about the Growers’ production and plans for the future. Many updates have already been made to the farm since it was acquired by Michael Black, president of Jet Fresh Flower Distributors on March 1, 2018.

In June, the rose variety “Ambiance” was eradicated, and a new variety “Sandy,” by Conectiflor, S.A. and Jan Spek Rozen, was planted in its place. Jet Fresh Flower Growers, S.A. also began construction of a new greenhouse which is still under construction. See all the farm-fresh updates in person at this free event.

A showroom at the farm will include every variety grown by Jet Fresh Flower Growers, S.A. and as well as roses from Jet Fresh Flower Distributors’ partnered farm, Roses With Altitude; located in Cayambe, Ecuador 3,200 meters above sea level. The showroom will also include a testing ground for guests to examine all roses up close, and to see the quality that comes from producing roses at such high altitude.

Brunch en la Finca provided by Jet Fresh Flower Growers, S.A. will include a delicious buffet as well bottomless mimosas. Enjoy a fun Ecuadorian experience filled with great food and great people surrounded by music and entertainment. Each visitor will receive an exclusive Jet Fresh Flower Growers Swag Bag featuring a brand-new Growers t-shirt design as well as other Jet Fresh Flower gear. You won’t want to miss it!

Schedule

Guests will be picked up at 7 a.m. at the Hotel Dann Carlton in Quito located near Expo Flor Ecuador and Agriflor trade shows. The ride is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes one-way and will include fun, in-car entertainment as well as scenic views to the farm. Transportation via bus or van will be provided by Jet Fresh Flower Growers, S.A.

At 9 a.m. the welcome reception and tour will commence. At 11 a.m. Brunch en la Finca will follow. At 12 p.m. the event concludes and everyone will then re-board the bus/van to return back to the hotel or the trade shows.
