The Florida State Florist Association celebrated their hundredth year at their 2021 annual conference. The three-day event took place on August 27-29 in Weston, Fla. and was filled with design competitions, presentations, vendor booths and an award ceremony gala.
Jet Fresh Flower Distributors had the great pleasure of attending the conference exhibiting fresh and preserved flowers, as well as sponsoring the floral presentation by Charlie Groppetti AIFD. But that’s not all! Scroll to see what you missed.
Vendor Spotlight
During the vendor spotlight, Jet Fresh Flower Distributors displayed a small preview of flowers available to order from Miami and internationally through Jet Fresh Global Trading. We featured our natural and Hippy Psychedelic Roses from Jet Fresh Flower Growers in Ecuador, gerbera daisies and lisianthus from Rosa Flora Limited in Canada, and preserved roses from Rose Amor and Vermeille Presh.

Award Ceremony
Jet Fresh Flower Distributors and our wonderful Jimi “The Tulip” were also proud recipients of two special awards announced at the FSFA 2021 centennial celebration.
Jet Fresh Flower Distributors earned the award of Wholesaler of the Year, and Jimi earned the Salesperson of the Year award for 2021. We are truly thankful for everyone who considered us for these awards and helped make this happen, especially FSFA.
Charlie Groppetti, AIFD
Charlie Groppetti, AIFD put on a terrific presentation at the FSFA 2021 centennial conference. His designs embodied freshness using real produce and fresh-cut flowers and greenery from Jet Fresh Flower Distributors, and stylized with decor from Porchview Home.
Roses were a great feature throughout the presentation. The varieties he designed with were Nexus, Atomic, Shimmer, Country Home, Coffee Break, Golden Mustard and Mondial. Ask your sales rep about any of the flowers featured here. See below for more highlights from his presentation.
